In contrast with other property management companies, PFC does not have any maintenance personnel on staff and does not profit from maintenance activities.  Instead, PFC has a network of contractors, vendors and maintenance personnel that are used on a regular basis.  Competitive bidding on a larger jobs keeps the cost down.  This approach keeps the property owners' cost at a minimum and insures that work is only performed on an "as needed" basis.
