Peter has been with Coldwell Banker Commercial for several years and has achieved Sales Awards in each year. He was selected as the Top Sales Producer in San Diego county for several years. Peter maintains offices in both North San Diego county and the west side of Los Angeles to serve his investment clients. He supports his clients with advertising, computer systems and licensed assistants in both locations. He is a member of both the San Diego county and the Los Angeles Westside multiple listing services and has access to other listing services in Southern California. Peter has a Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering from the University of Washington and a Masters Degree from UCLA. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. After graduation, he served as an officer in the U.S. Armed Service. He was an executive with IBM and was subsequently President of two computer software firms, before beginning his career in real estate. During his computer career, he wrote a college level text entitled "Computer Programming Services" which was translated into several languages.
