Peter Fisher has been a real estate professional for over 30 years specializing in all types of investment real estate. During his career, he has participated in over $400 million of real estate transactions. He also developed several residential and residential income properties in southern California. In 1978, he established his own multi-office real estate brokerage firm serving the west side of Los Angeles. His firm was acquired by a larger company in 1994. After over 15 years as a senior director with Coldwell Banker, Peter formed his own firm, PFC Investments, Inc. which is located in the Palm Spring area of California.

Peter has a Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering from the University of Washington and a Masters Degree from UCLA. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. After graduation, he served as an officer in the U.S. Armed Service. He was an executive with IBM and was subsequently President of two computer software firms, before beginning his career in real estate. During his computer career, he wrote a college level text entitled "Computer Programming Services" which was translated into several languages.
Peter's main emphasis is retail, office, multifamily and industrial real estate. He has handled transactions throughout California and several western states. PFC Invesments is also a property management firm to further support client needs.
